Mr. Coger has been in the executive search field since 1992. He has successfully conducted search assignments in financial services, venture capital backed enterprises, high technology and for large corporations. He gained the bulk of his experience at Heidrick & Struggles where he worked exclusively in the financial services practice. In the three years he was with Heidrick & Struggles Mr. Coger played an integral role in the completion of over 50 search assignments. He has since worked in successful smaller retained executive search firms in the greater Boston metropolitan area executing search for venture capital backed companies as well as high technology and financial services enterprises.

Before entering the field of executive search, Mr. Coger worked as a marketing representative for premier financial services firms in Boston. Additionally he gained extensive experience working with NASDAQ in Boston.

Mr. Coger holds a Masters of Business Administration from Anna Maria College and a Baccalaureate of Science from the University of Tennessee
